LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on December 30, 1984, is an American professional basket ball player for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James is widely regarded as one of the top basketball players. He's often compared with Michael Jordan when discussing the most popular basketball player. James has been awarded four NBA championships and four NBA MVPs Three All-Star MVPs, along with the two Olympic medals. James is second in most career goals and seventh most assists. He has been selected for the NBA All Star team 18 times. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever before, with eight of them consecutively between 2011 and 2018; James was also chosen to be on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team. James was selected to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's very first player to have attained 10,000 points or more, rebounds, and assists throughout his career. He will be the first to do so in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio. The national press praised him as an NBA superstar. He was a pre-profession player and chosen for the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first top pick of the 2003 NBA draft. Being the NBA rookie player of 2004, he established himself rapidly as one of the best players in the league, earning the NBA MVP award for the 2009 and 2010 seasons. James went free agency in 2010 after failing to secure championships for Cleveland. He made the decision to leave Cleveland for Miami Heat, announced on the television show The Decision, is considered as one of the most controversial free-agent actions in sports history.
