Comaneci has a number of organizations including Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association (SIMD) as well as Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. She continues to give support to dozens of charitable organizations in Romania. It also includes the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital of Bucharest.
